Pearl Childcare can offer placement of both temporary and permanent nursery staff to nurseries all over London and these can include the following roles:

  • Nursery assistants
  • Nursery nurses
  • Nursery managers
  • Deputy managers
  • Heads of room. 

 

The main role of the nursery workers is to care for and play with the children at the nursery as well as promote their learning and overall development within an enjoyable and stimulating environment. They are also required to organise fun and educational activities whilst also monitoring and reporting on each of the children’s progress. Normal working hours for nursery workers are approximately 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
